  We contacted Detailed Developments to quote for work based on an excellent review from one of their previous customers. The work quoted for was for a new bathroom, pitched roof/porch and a new front door. From the quote to completion Danny and his team were professional, friendly and very easy to work with. During the work our property was always left tidy, with minimal disruption to us. We found Dannys own standards extremely high which made the whole process a lot easier and any issues that did arise were dealt with quickly, without any fuss.   I cannot recommend Detailed Developments highly enough.  From Danny's first visit to assess for a quote to final completion, our experience with him and his team has been excellent.  Danny was always crystal clear about schedule, next steps, potential problems and so on.  He was always thinking ahead so he could anticipate (and so deal efficiently with) issues.  He completed the work ahead of an already tough schedule.  He accommodated with a smile my frequent changes of mind.  He came up with very creative solutions to both structural and decorative issues.  Nothing was too much bother or trouble.  When our decorator let us down at the last minute he bust a gut to help us out - even offering to do some of it himself!  He took on extra work at short notice for very reasonable prices.  His team were friendly, highly competent, and very tidy.  And the quality of their work was absolutely first rate.

  We recently commissioned Detailed Developments to convert our loft in our Victorian terraced house to a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  Danny and his team were professional throughout and he managed his sub-contractors well.  We wanted to put a number of additional features in the conversion including brick upstands and removing the chimney breasts and part of the chimney.  We also wanted the largest possible windows we could fit in the dormer.  The work was completed on time and to a high standard and Danny was always willing to consult us on options and to make changes when we requested them.  The quotation was clear and we never felt like we were a problem if we changed something once we saw the space develop.  We would not hesitate to recommend Danny and Detailed Developments
